There are no limits to the number of alterations made to a beat-in-progress and should I not be able to nail it, you're under no obligation to compensate me for my time. That's on me.

The Exclusive Rights Arrangement:

In this agreement you hold the reins of this beat's future. Ownership is transferred to you, the purchasing entity, and allows you to use the instrumental without any hesitations or restrictions. This means I cannot use this beat for myself (e.g. beat tape), lease to another artist or submit for TV/Film/Video Game Sync Licencing, but you can. That said, when registering with a distributor (e.g. Tunecore, Distrokid) or publisher I still remain the composer of the music and reserve the right to 50% of royalties.
